Rental does not include Train Station Manager (required) Manager arrives 1 hour before the events scheduled time and stays 2 hours after the event to reset Rate is based on $ 25.00 per hour during the day and $ 35.00 per hour in the evening (after 4pm) All Day is defined as 12 hours. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $125.00 per hour.

Alcohol Note:

We have a $ 500.00 minimum corkage fee (your alcohol our bartenders ) for events 50 people or less. For all events over 50 people, all alcohol must be purchased through Schaal’s Catering and Events. Our Catering ABC License ONLY allows us to serve to Private Events. We are not open to the public. Our pricing is based on consumption, limited dollar amount the client wants a cash/card bar. Luggage Room Whiskey Lounge is a CASH/CREDIT bar ONLY
